How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Money Lock > Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Money Lock > Cancel. Apple and Google manage all billing directly.

What if I need to use my phone during a lock?

Money Lock includes an emergency bypass. You can always unlock your phone without completing the daily task. You are always in control of your device.

Where is my data stored?

All your financial data is stored locally on your device only. We never have access to it. If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I change my lock time?

Open Money Lock > Settings > Lock Schedule. You can adjust your daily check-in time and which apps are included.
