Money Lock (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Money Lock: Budget Daily.
Data Stored on Your Device
All of your financial data, including spending entries, daily check-ins, savings goals, streaks, and settings, is stored locally on your device onlyusing Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device.
Screen Time / FamilyControls
Money Lock uses Apple's FamilyControls and ManagedSettings frameworks (Screen Time API) to lock and unlock apps on your device. This data is processed entirely on your device by Apple's frameworks and is never transmitted to us or any third party. We do not have visibility into which apps you use or how you use your device.
Subscription Processing
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. RevenueCat receives transaction data from Apple to manage your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your financial data, spending entries, or any other personal information from the app. Please refer to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle transaction data.
No Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.
No Third-Party Tracking or Analytics
The Money Lock app does not include any third-party tracking, analytics SDKs, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your behavior within the app.
Our website (moneylockapp.com) uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic. This does not apply to the app itself.
App Group Data Sharing
Money Lock uses Apple's App Groups to share data between the main app and its extensions (such as the Device Activity Monitor and Shield Configuration). This data sharing happens entirely on your device and is used solely to coordinate the app lock and unlock functionality.
Children's Privacy
Money Lock is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
